Policies

Deposits

50% of the total rental cost will be to your credit card at the time of booking. For reservations within 45 days of the arrival – 100% of the total rental cost will be charged to your credit card.

Exit Fee

All stays require an exit cleaning fee of $99.00. This fee will be charged at the time of booking and will be 100% refundable if there is a cancellation.

Damage & Replacement Fee

A damage fee will be charged to repair or replace any items that are damaged or missing. An inventory check list is completed prior to all check-ins. If any items are missing from the property 100% replacement fee of that item will be charged to your credit card. If items are damaged an evaluation of repair costs will be done and then that amount will be charged to your credit card.

Refunds

If there is a cancellation within 45 days or more from the check-in date a 100% refund will be credited back to your credit card. There will be a $50.00 cancellation charge for processing. If the cancellation is within 45 days or less from the check-in date there will be a 10% charge of the total booking billed for a cancellation fee.
